Amaken began with a single belief: that the symbols and silks of our heritage deserve to travel with us into every new chapter. Each piece blends authentic handmade Damascene craft with a refined, modern sensibility — meant to be worn, treasured, and passed on.
Each piece is carefully crafted and prepared in small batches, so please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information where available. Orders shipped outside the European Union also need to pass through the customs office in your country before they are released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package 'returned goods' to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
