To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalised jewellery.
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are non-refundable.
• Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
